The company began back in 1996 when Matt Avery decided to take his chances on starting his own business. He left his current job of framing houses and started what we now know today as Avery Enterprise. Today, Avery Enterprise specializes exclusively in custom fencing and decking. They pride themselves on being one of the best and most capable in the industry.

Today, Avery Enterprise is truly a family run business. Matt Avery and his three sons Luke, Austin and Jonny are all pursuing careers in the family business and are working to build a legacy for generations to come. Luke and Austin both have received their Bachelor degrees in Civil Engineering, and Jonny holds a degree in Construction Management. Every single project is directly overseen by at least one of them to ensure the best quality and customer satisfaction.

“I spent the better part of 6 months trying to find someone that could make some repairs to my gazebo. I needed it re-screened and the door removed and re-hung. I contacted several companies and they either never returned my call or they would come out to review the work needed and never responded. I was fortunate enough get a recommendation through the Next Door neighborhood web site to contact Avery. Luke came out and looked at the gazebo and got right back to me with a quote that was very reasonable. He said they were booked out in to September and he would let me when they could do the work. To my surprise they contacted me on Thursday August 30 and said they could perform the work on Friday the 31st. They came out at 7:30 in the morning and began working. They installed new screens and re-framed all the windows and the door and re-hung the door so it would close properly. They vacuumed the window tracks and inside the gazebo and re-installed everything. They did an absolutely fabulous job. They cleaned up any saw dust left from the job and you have never known they had been there unless you see my gazebo that is back to like new. Can’t recommend Avery enough. Thank you guys.”

Johnny is at Akron now... these are top rate professionals born and raised in Akron. So they got the grit it takes to do hard jobs, on time and at a reasonable cost.
